I spent 30 years as a police officer in the Metropolitan Police, and I have been a Toastmaster for the last 10 years.



I trained with the London Guild of Toastmasters and subsequently joined the Toastmasters and Masters of Ceremonies Federation of which I am now Secretary and President.



I am also the membership Secretary of the Toastmasters General Council and a member of the Concert Artists Association.
